Hello I'm new to this forum as well as to home schooling

My children have always gone to public school but this year, I will be homeschooling my 12 year old son for the first time .My 15 year old daughter will still be attending her regular high school.

Looking forward to meeting other parents that homeschool and learning all about the joys and frustrations that we parents face in home educating our children .

Smile

Welcome!

For me the greatest frustration was just getting home tired after a full day of work and still having to teach math or science for a couple of hours. But frankly I still help with homework in the evenings when the kids are in public school so either way I am in still involved.

I think being a homeschooler taught me that being involved with my kids education is important and no matter how tired I might feel I can always make time for my kids.
