Checking Ebay for a curriculum would be a good place to start. I'm primarily using SOS interactive computer program, supplementing with a couple of things here and there.
SOS has a all in one 5 subject package and you can find older versions pretty inexpensively.

CLASS...
CLASS is one of the oldest distance-learning programs in the U.S. If you're looking for school-in-a-box, this is one of the better ones, IMHO. You get a variety of materials from different publishers, and even if you do the CLASS Administrative plan, where CLASS does all the grading and whatnot, it's still very affordable.
