Rosetta Stone Spanish

Postby Dolly-VA » Sun Feb 11, 2007 10:24 am

Is anyone using this? I have just ordered it for myself (very little Spanish) and my two kids (who are semi- to mostly fluent, one from 3 and the other from 6 years of immersion school) and am wondering if there are any hints, advice, etc. about using it.

Rossetta Stone Russian

Postby RUAGORECKI2 » Mon Feb 12, 2007 3:50 pm

I used Rossetta Stone Russian and found I was learning a lot. It is set up great and you learn more and more everytime you use it. You can get a sample cd from the company. This is a great way to see if it is something you would like. Also you could check out Power Glide there language books are story based and you learn more and more of the language as you follow the story.

I am using both the Rosetta stone and power glide. The kids like the power glide (plus they have a jr version) They like the story. I like them both. You can get flash cards with Power Glide also that have cds to pronouns the words on the flash cards. (a big plus )
