I am trying to find a homeschooling group in cleveland, tennessee,if there isn't one how do I start one?

Check the following:

If there isn't a group close enough, you can try Yahoo Groups and see if there's an online group near you:
http://groups.yahoo.com

If there isn't one of those either, start a Yahoo Group for Cleveland and collect a few people who live near you, then get listed in the directories of your state and regional homeschool groups and start organizing meetings every week or two.
