Math for 9th grader
We are using Teaching Textbooks (pre-algebra this year) and wondering if anyone had any suggestions for Algebra I next year. He will be entering the 9th grade. We have been happy with TT, but just wanted to other opinions!
Take a look at Harold Jacobs textbook for Algebra. He makes math interesting and real. Here's the link:

I borrowed it from the library(a very large suburban one);maybe you could find it to look it over before you buy it.
