help finding options

Postby Indigowings » Sat May 06, 2006 1:01 am

Hello,

I am looking for some suggestions/options on Video Homeschooling curriculums that are more either Secular or New Age than religious based.

Also options for CD/Computer Homschooling programs would be great. I have been researching but haven’t found what I am looking for yet for all subjects. I have only been able to find programs for Math that are what I am looking for while other subjects seem to be more of a challenge.

Any ideas, recommendations would be greatly appreciated. It is for my soon to be 5th grader who needs more than just ‘books’ to learn but something that is also fairly independent.

Thank you in advance

PS Feel free to email me directly

Standard Deviants is a fairly good secular DVD series. If you don't want to buy them, you can rent copies through Family Pass:

http://www.familypass.com (search for Standard Deviants)

EDIT: Sadly, Family Pass is no longer in operation.

This is the secular virtual academy program that our state uses.
