Okay, I'm back. It looks like we've ruled out md, My husband seems to be leaning toward moving to West VA. So if anyone lives in this state, i'd love any feedback about not jus h.s. but also taxes, homebirth laws, medical care, vaccine laws. Really, any info would ba a big help!
