Help! Anyone working full-time and homeschooling?

I am the primary breadwinner in our household and I am also responsible for our health insurance, so I must continue working. My daughter is only 1 year old right now, however, I'm wondering if there are any families that homeschool and work full time. Is it possible? How do you make it work?
