Virtual homeschooling in FL have questions

I want to enroll my daughter in a virtual online school for the 2013-2014 school year. My county contracts with k12 to provide a homeschool option. The other option would be FL Virtual. Does anyone use either of these programs? I would like her to receive a diploma. Does FL Virtual offer a diploma?

We are also in the researching stage, so we haven't used our county's program or FL Virtual yet, but I do know that she would receive a diploma with either.
