To what extent does the Home Economics Curriculum subscribe to the philosophical assertion that "knowledge taught is based on truth and value?"

I really don't see how that assertion is specific to Home Economics, unless you're willing to assume that some subjects are not based on truth and value.

But this sounds like a homework assignment, anyway. You'll have to come up with your own thesis.
