Hi; I want to let any interested know that a new eBook, titled:
"The Young Amateur's Guide To Radio Physics - Volume One: Tools For Young Peoples' Active Participation in Interplanetary Science and Exploration Using Amateur Radio, and Introducing MMARS and GAIA---Mars Mission Amateur Radio System and Amateur Interferometer Array; For Children (8+), Young People, and Parents." is available for US$3.79 at www.lulu.com under the "Medicine and Science" category. Volume One of eight, the series teaches the radio-electronics needed to pass the US FCC amateur license exam and become a capable technician able to build useful things, including our own radio transceiver. The main theme of the series is to provide the math and physics necessary for young people and kids to cooperate with other amateurs to construct an array powerful enough in aggregate to communicate with the Mars Mission explorers, and, ideally, to participate in the exploration by contributing questions, comments, and ideas themselves. Volume Two will also appear on the shelves this year and the other volumes to follow as editing permits.
