WEEK 1-4: MAKE A MOVIE BASICS
Students get involved in all aspects of the film making process as they write, film, direct, act and edit a short film.
This is a group activity designed to introduce film, team work, creative writing, technology and visual storytelling.

Students meet weekly for 2 hours every Wednesday.

OUTCOMES & OBJECTIVES
Learning film and media arts requires critical thinking, analysis, involvement, reflection and imagination.
It requires an understanding of how to perform as an individual and how to best incorporate and recognize your strengths within a group.
Our curriculum incorporates not only hands on filmmaking, creative writing and technology, but global film, film history and textual analysis (film language) strengthening cultural understanding and curiosity.
All students will receive a certificate of completion at the end of each module.
