New, bought for this year from the Math U See website. Includes Student Text, Teachers Guide, DVD, Test and Activity booklet and set of starter manipulative blocks. No writing in any of the books. We watched the DVD for three days but its in new condition. $80. (Over $100 when I bought it from the website).
