WTS: Learning 2000 Curriculum set (grades 6 thru 12)

The Learning 2000 Lifetime Library Curriculum
47 CD-ROM set ( includes 111 books in the CD-ROM library)

I have a couple sets because they came as incentives with computer purchases made a couple years ago. My 6th and 8th graders love these because of all the video instruction that is incorporated into all the lessons on the cdroms. My children were using Switched on Schoolhouse before we tried this set and they prefer this set because they say these have better explanations to the lessons (more video clips). My 6th grade son has just started it and really likes it. My daughter has been using it for a while and is progressing wonderfully. I have two friends that have their children using the program too. If you have any questions, please email me at olivierfamily@bellsouth.net.

This is an excellent High School Curriculum, but can also be started with a Middle school student as early as 6th grade if the student is somewhat advanced. (These cdroms are great!! You get 111 books and a video curriculum covering most major subjects, with automatic record keeping for you!!.....and all this is on cdroms stored in a nice, neat, handy case)...........

DESCRIPTION:

Learning 2000 consists of 47 CD's, User Guide, all housed in an attractive blue book binder with the Learning 2000 logo ( it has pages of the cdroms which are each housed in their own sleeves ). The book, CD's, and user guide are all in excellent condition.

1 CD Installation Disk, 11 CDs Math, 3 CDs Pre-Algebra, 13 Algebra 1 & 2, 14 CDs Reading (covers Revolution & Civil War, Early American History, Atoms and Chemistry, Charts, Graphs and Maps, Stories, and much, much more), 5 CDs on Writing (Nouns, Verbs, Style, and much more).

I would like $95.00 for this set (plus $5.00 to help cover media shipping, insurance & postal delivery confirmation). I think this is a great value when you consider how many grades it can cover. The average cost for this program new at various websites online is $500.00 to $700.00 per set. When it was originally designed, it was not offered to the public. It was only sold to schools for $3,000 a set!!

Here are some websites that I looked at. You can get more info about the
program from these sites.....

The program will work on Windows 95 thru Windows XP, but not on Macintosh
