Does anyone know the letter/number shape rhymes to write?

I know someone must remember the little rhymes that help you remember how to write letters & numbers, for example: "down and over and down some more, this is how you write a 4" (thats the only one I know) Any thoughts? My four year old is practicing her letters and numbers and she has a hard time remembering when she's not looking at a picture, and little rhymes always seem to help her.
