lower prices or sales?

Seems like so many businesses are having big sales since spending is down. I wonder if that is the case for homeschool curriculum companies. I would love to take advantage of some "stimulus" package deals for curriculum if you know of any. Of course, their prices are probably already pretty low as far as profit margin goes, and homeschool being on the rise they are probably not in need of having sales...but maybe they are taking advantage of the opportunity and joining in with all the "stimulus" type promotions I see elsewhere.
