Actually, the three ring binder is a really good idea, but it should have pages of felt. We had a foster son who used pictures to communicate, and we stored the pictures on felt pages held together by three of those large rings that we could open or close. Very portable. And pictures were stored with others of the same theme. Make the pages whatever size works for you, and just buy rings big enough for all the pages you need. Good luck!
