It isn't possible to give a comprehensive answer in one comment.
The short story is that you decide what you want to teach, and then you look for the materials and methods to help you do that. A weekly schedule is simply done by reading through the materials you have chosen, and figuring out how much you can do daily in order to finish the materials in a year. Y'all have to work it out on your own, though, based on activities and whatnot that your own family members are involved in.
Also, it's helpful to join a local homeschool support group--not necessarily a co-op, but a support group, with members who get together regularly.
