Online Tutoring

Hello!
I am new to this forum. I saw the post for 'Free Online Math tutoring' and was wondering if anyone tried it out. I was thinking of enrollong my child for it since its free but wanted to get a feedback here first.
Has anyone every tried Online Tutoring otherwise? how easy is it?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
