What is the cheapest but best cirrculum? Free printables?

I am looking for an inexpensive but good quailty cirrculum.We are on a tight budget.
I am also interested in any free worksheet sites.

There is a book called "Homeschool Your Child for Free" by LauraMaery Gold and Joan Zielinski. That may be a good resource for you. You can look for it at your library, or if you could invest a few bucks, I think I ordered it from Amazon. There were a lot of resources in it.
