Lots of people are very successful without ever having gone to college. The BEST way to catch up on learning is to read your heart out. A starting point would be any of these books found on http://www.highschoolreadinglist.com. If you do decide to go to college, you will have a head start having read these books. If there is a subject you are interested in, try to find a book that can teach it to you, and THEN consider college. You can learn economics, accounting, marketing, real estate, politics, etc from reading. A book only costs a few dollars, but college courses can cost much more.
As far as your anxiety, just try to do one new thing a week to push yourself to overcome your fears. You got this!

I have somebody on my Mom's side of the family that's being homeschooled, and they're doing ok, but I worry about them going forward when it comes to their actual life skills such as budgeting, building relationships etc.
I came across Twinkl (https://www.twinkl.co.uk/) and they're great with all kinds of educational stuff for kids all the way into going to university/college. I found some great stuff on here!
Twinkl Go! - https://www.twinkl.co.uk/go has amazing audiobooks, literature and math explainers for you wherever you are, so you can learn up to 18-year-old level remotely, so you can get a headstart on earning your diploma
I also found a resource around a skill not taught across schools that can give you an upper hand - sign language! https://www.twinkl.co.uk/resource/t-dc-62-british-sign-language-bsl-classroom-signs-and-labels
I know you started this thread ages ago but I hope you're doing alright, and that these resources can help you down the line
