If you follow the link in that paragraph, you'll see that it gives the GED applicant requirements, so it appears that you'd need to fulfill both the general requirements for Bright Flight:

And have taken the GED - as well as fulfilling these other requirements:

However, if the student has the minimum transcript information from a Florida public and/or FDOE-registered private school, and test scores, he/she may be able to apply as a Florida GED Diploma recipient.

I doubt you'd get very far suing over this process, though you can try contacting HSLDA and seeing what they think. They're the experts.

Hi!

I applied (and was accepted) to FSU as a homeschooler and I also got Bright Futures. If you have more questions, feel free to PM me. I applied with a certificate of completion from my homeschool and no GED.
