Organizing a homeschool volleyball league, need advice:

I am interested in starting a volleyball league for homeschool girls ages 4th grade and higher. I am needing information on details and things that should be considered so that this can be as organized as possible. I particuarly want this for my own children but I need more people involved so that we could eventually form a team that would compete against other homeschoolers. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
