Introduction and question

Hi All
I’m Lynne. I live and work on Mozambique Island.
I am looking for online distance education in Portuguese for secondary school students.
I have 4 employees who work for me who are very intelligent but unable to finish secondary school because they refuse to pay bribes to the teachers. Corruption on every level here.
Any thoughts or advice? I think homeschool in Brazil is not allowed but believe it is in Portugal? Just don’t know where to start.
