There are web sites that offer free worksheets / tests for elementary math, you could try looking into that. See the other threads in the Math area. Elementary math doesn't really involve that many concepts, it's mostly just lots of drill to build memory and speed.
When you get to Algebra, of course, computers are not well-suited to learning that level of math, since typing formulas and symbols on a computer is difficult. I'd recommend doing late elementary math through Algebra II at least with textbooks (I used Saxon).

There's also k5learning.com which has two math programs - a curricula-based program and a math drill program.
Dreambox is an early elementary program
Mathmammoth has some free math worksheets
