Social Aspect - Apply for homeschooling

I don't know of any state that requires a persuasive letter on the social aspects of homeschooling. All you usually have to do is notify the school system that your child is going to be homeschooled.

There is a book coming out the end of July that talks about this:
The Well-Adjusted Child: The Social Benefits of Homeschooling
