Homeschooling vs online

We have done all types of schools. Private, Public, Homeschool and Online School. We started out in public schools up until the third grade and then went private. For the amount of money we were spending, the school wasn't so much better than the public school in our district. With no other options, we decided to homeschool for the rest of elementary school and middle. Unfortunately, when my son started taking classes like physics and trigonometry, we were unable to guide him as well as we would like. We looked into a virtual school who provided teachers to assist. He got the tutoring he needed, they handled the record keeping(load off us) and we had the peace of mind knowing this was a SACS accredited program. Online Schools can compliment what you are doing already and add some value to your program.
