homeschooling in Balkans (Bosnia)

Please can anyone tell me. I know it is illegal to homeschool in Bosnia but my daughter and I are British and we may stay in Bosnia for a few years. Since she is British surely she should be allowed to be homeschooled?

Right or wrong?

i don't see why not. However I don't have much information. Are you citizen of Britain? Are you Military? Do you speak the Bosnia language?
