Required Paperwork for EFMP

I will be PCSing to Vincenza in June of this year. I was just told that my wife will need to fill out another form, catagorized as a "school" form that must be submited before my orders are cut. Can anyone tell me everything they needed to do in order to check all the blocks for home-schooling requirements in Italy as part of the military?

Requirements for homeschooling in Italy, though I don't know if they're applicable here or not:

Apparently, foreign schooling laws don't apply to US military personnel, and domestic schooling laws don't apply to US military personnel overseas. So it should be as simple as saying you're going to homeschool and referencing the above article to show that the DoD has no jurisdiction.
