Homeschooling in Brazil

We are U.S. citizens that have moved to Brazil 2 years ago, where homeschooling is not allowed. But we would like to homeschool our daughter (13). She might go to college in the U.S., if she won't like it here. We have a house in Texas, and we thought that maybe we can claim that we live there for the purpose of her having the homeschooling here. Does it sound crazy? Can someone give us advice about this? Has someone done something like this?

Well if you're going to stay in country there, you should probably not
try to tell them you live here. Of course, depending upon where in
Brazil you are, you might still have the option available to you.

aah.. scratch that, now I see what they have done. they changed the
rules in 88. :(

That doesn't seem to leave you with many options, but I'll think on it
and see if I can come up with anything.
